NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open worldwide to those who sign up at the designated online entry page and who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is void in countries and territories subject to comprehensive US or Canadian sanctions or export controls (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and Belarus) and is void where prohibited by local law.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Zac Builds as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on July 1 at 09:00 EST and ending July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://zacbuilds.com/winxbox/. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Zac Builds. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive one (1) Custom Modified Original Xbox (Approximate Retail Value: $800 USD). The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Zac Builds. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Zac Builds’ discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Sponsor will cover standard international shipping costs to the Winner’s eligible address. However, any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and any international import duties, customs fees, or VAT, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Zac Builds. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Zac Builds shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Skill-Testing Requirement: If required by law in the Winner’s jurisdiction of residence (e.g., Canada), the Winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered via email or telephone, in order to claim the prize.
