Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because I primarily sell digital goods, my goal is to keep things as fair and straightforward as possible. If you aren’t happy with a product, I am generally happy to refund your money, subject to the few ground rules below.

The Modders Masterclass (and Other Online Courses)

I want you to have enough time to dive into the material and see if the teaching style works for you, but I also need to protect the time and effort that went into creating the curriculum.

30-Day Guarantee: You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Completion Limit: Refunds are only eligible if you have completed less than 66% of the course content (e.g., no more than 2 out of the 3 modules). If you have completed the majority of the course, a refund will not be issued.

3D Print Files & Plans

I know that sometimes a 3D model just doesn’t work out for your specific printer setup, slicing software, or project constraints.

14-Day Window: You can request a refund for any 3D print files or plans within 14 days of purchase.

Hassle-Free: You don’t need to jump through hoops or spend hours troubleshooting technical issues with me. If the file isn’t working for your setup, just let me know. I’d rather refund your order so you can move on to a solution that works for you.

Fair Use Policy: To protect my catalog of designs, I reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests if I detect a pattern of abuse. This includes purchasing and refunding multiple different files in a short period, or serial refunding in an attempt to download the library for free.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund for either the course or digital files, please reach out directly. Send an email to zac@zacbuilds.com with your order number and a brief note about why the product didn’t work out for you. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
